#1-Write on the blog once a week. In trying this, I want to stay caught up, but also this is the best journal I have.
#2-Exercise Daily. I walk Elphie every morning, and want to keep this up, it's good for both of us. I am committed to losing weight and being at my goal weight, so I will continue to work hard on this.
#3-Run a mile without stopping. I want to be able to do this by my birthday, and I'm getting closer with every day, so I'm going to keep working on it.
#4-Finish the projects that I've started, I started working on several things, and really want to be able to finish the scrapbook and the scarf.
#5-Be Happy. This is a life goal for me, but something I really want to focus on. In spite of trials and difficulties, I am going to be determined to choose to be happy.
I hope that writing these goals down will help me to accomplish them, and also be reminded of what I have set my mind to.

Those are great goals! But what will be chasing you while you run the mile? I would have to have something chase me to be able to do that anymore. Good Luck! I know you can do it!
