Thankful Day 22-30
I'm going to go ahead and finish off the month of my thankfulness. It has been a wonderful way to remember the things that I am grateful for. It also helped when I gave my lesson in Relief Society today on the Divine gift of Gratitude. I hope that we can all remember the things that we are thankful for.

Day 23-Exercise. I will admit that never in my life did I think I would say that I'm thankful for exercise. But, that has changed. I have enjoyed walking Elphie every morning, and going to the gym every night. I feel better after I do it. This picture was after the "Mutt Strutt", Elphie and I did the 2K and we came in 1st place. Walking and Running every morning has paid off for both of us.
Day 24: Our Washer and Dryer. Bret and I are so grateful to not have to walk up and down the stairs to do laundry, and not have to pay to do do it either.
Day 25- Good Books, I love to read great books, and love going to the library to see what new books they have. I shared this one, because it was a great read.
Day 26- Bath and Body Works Soap. I love the different scents, and as I wash my hands a lot throughout the day. I'm grateful that it smells and feels great.
Day 27-Cute Shoes. I love cute shoes, they make me happy when I look in my closet, and how much fun they are to wear.
Day 28- Cleaning Products, I love this spray (Thanks Sandee). It cleans everything, and it smells good too, and makes me happy when my house is clean.
Day 29- Good Music, I love having music on, finding great new artists and signing along. I also love having the Piano in our home, and even though I can't remember how to play, it makes me want to work on that.
Day 30-Christmas Decorations. They are up, and I am so thankful to be celebrating Christmas in our new home. This is one of my favorites, and I am always so happy to put it up each year.
Thank you for reading my thankful thoughts, and for sharing your thankful things as well.

Thankful Day 15-21
The things that I am thankful this week, are a much more material nature, but they are so very important in my life.
Day 15- The Refrigerator, one of the most important things for me when we moved in our home was to have the fridge with ice and water in the door. I teared up a little when they delivered it, because I was so very excited. It's a very happy thing to me.
Day 16-Caramel Apple Spice from Starbucks, I am so happy when it's cold enough outside for this delightful treat. I was also given the tip recently to order it extra hot, and it makes it even more yummy. My cup does say Amberty, this is what Michael calls me, and my friends at work think it's fun to call me this now too, so they ordered my drink for Amberty.
Day 17- The Television, and the lovely entertainment center it goes in. I know that I love T.V. way to much, but it's hard not to when you have HD, and DVR.
Day 18- My Phone, I remember the days when I didn't want this little contraption, but the Iphone makes me so happy. I love having the phone, ipod, calendar, and fun games all in one handy thing.
Day 19- Kitchen Aid. I can't even begin to explain how much I love the Kitchen Aid. I use it so much, and because baking makes me happy, this magical machine makes it so much easier.
Day 20- Cute Socks, they make me warm, and are so much fun to have cute designs too. I love these, because they are pink and snowmen.
Day 21, Target. I get so giddy when I get to go to target, I love going to check out the dollar spot to see what new treasures they have.

Happy Halloween
This year, Halloween lasted for 3 days. We started at Mike and Christina's for a pumpkin carving/ costume party. We had a lot of fun, and they even had a bounce house for us to play in. Bret carving our pumpkin.
Bret, and Mike.
Amberly and Bret, Christina and Mike. Bret was a newscaster forecasting "Clouds, with a chance of rain", and Christina and Mike were nerds.
I asked for our pumpkin to throw up, here is the creation.
On Saturday, Kyle and Jennifer had 30th Birthday/ Halloween party to celebrate Jen's Birthday. We found these cute "mumm ies" on Ourbestbites and made them for the party.
On Sunday, the Rassmussen's came over, and we made meatloaf feet for dinner. Thank you Joy for this fun recipe, it was funny, and tasty too.

We have waited for Halloween ever since we got our little "witch", so of course, we had to dress her up. I know she looks like she hates it, but she didn't seem to mind it at all.
Happy Halloween from our little Elphaba.
Three Rivers
We decided to have our first "Family Vacation" and went to Three Rivers, and Sequoia National Park for the weekend. We stayed at a Bed and Breakfast, and this was our yummy fruit creature in the morning.
We had dinner right along the river, with amazing bread.
This was the "backyard" of the bed and breakfast.

Amberly and Elphie, this was so much fun to let her run in the river.
She decided she wanted this tree limb to be her souvenir.
Rocks in the river, made it beautiful but very hard to walk.
Our Family
That's a really tall tree.
We had fun exploring the forest, going on little hikes, and taking lots of pictures.
