So, We know that Bret is a hard worker and is always willing to assist anyone in need. (One of the many reasons that I love him), but if he didn't want to help his sister move, he could have just said something instead of spraining his ankle on the second trip down the stairs. All is well, we took him to the doctor and it is just a sprain and a prescription for vicodin later and now he just get's to sit and relax.

that looks painful, to bad you gotta use your feet to walk, cuz that's gonna hurt when he needs to get places
